Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Rowen & Wren purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a return authorization and receive your unique reference code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring you include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or arrange for a courier pickup as instructed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
